Daniele joins Schiatti to replace a colleague who is nearing retirement.
When he gets here he already has a good background: he is a mechanical engineer with several years of experience behind.
Daniele, tell us about your previous work experiences
After studying as an electrical engineer and graduated in mechanical engineering at the college, I immediately started working in my role, then I gained some experience on sheet metal machines. Which are always in mechanical field,
What do you like the most about your job?
Maybe it's something you hear a lot, but it's really exciting to see realized and operating what you've designed. Of course, everything is emphasized by my work group: when the atmosphere is nice and collaborative everyone manages to give his best.
Why did you choose Schiatti?
In the first place to gain new experiences. For me learning and experimenting is fundamental, so is putting myself out there. At Schiatti, I was rewarded with a good proposal, both economically and in terms of growth, and last but not least, I found a technologically advanced company that is able to provide its team with the right work tools to do well.
What if I had not been an engineer?
I would have been a car or motorcycle racer, my other passions.
And then there's martial arts: when I started working, right after college, I was also an instructor for a while, to supplement my income.
Plans for the future?
On the job? To grow, always. Always learning more and doing better and better.
On the personal side my priority is to secure a future for my son and my family.
Daniele is a reliable person with an innovative mindset. We are happy to work with him, helping building his professionalism and the economic security of his family.
Happy business!
